When I take my photos at the rodeo here in Tucson, I try and capture alot of action shots. This horse had just come out of the shute making it's first buck. I love the power of these horses and the stamina of the cowboy. However, I am at the Rodeo for 9 days each year. Their bodies have taken a toll on them by being in this sport and these poor cowboys walk around very slow and bent over. Thanks so much for your comment!

I ran across your biomorphic group and decided to take a look, since I wasn't quite sure what it was referring to. I then saw your work and read your discussions, and found both to be pretty interesting. I'm not sure if some of my work qualifies for your group, but the concept of biomorphism seems to strike a chord with me. My work is done digitally and currently with fractal software, which I see as being very much in line with the natural world orientation of biomorphism. Anyway, I like this piece a lot and I'll be joining your group. Seems like there aren't that many like-minded people on FAA.

Thanks, June! Yup, good ole Saran wrap technique. I was demo'ing it to my beginner w/c students, with no plans to do anything more with it. Then I saw some landscapes, so cropped from the larger sheet of paper, added the trees and a bit of surface texture with the tinted charcoal.
